To Change Password:
* You need to follow this link: https://arts.iowadot.gov/login.aspx.
Once there, sign in using your DL Photo user ID. Go to "Tools", "Change Password". Also make sure you register for password resets.
* The next page will show the number of days your
password remains valid.
