In consideration for the privilege of access to the information
contained in the DL PHOTO database, the User who logged into this
application agrees to the following conditions:
1. That the access to this database is for AUTHORIZED use only.
2. That any unauthorized or improper use of dissemination of information
derived from this database may subject the User or the User’s employing
agency to the discontinuance of service and may result in penalties
imposed under Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2723 and Iowa Statutes Section 321.11.
3. Redisclosure of personal information is restricted. If you redisclose,
you must maintain a record of the redisclosure for five years and make
those records available to the Iowa Department of Transportation upon request.
